Voting Guide.

Nevada mails a ballot to every active registered voter and offers same-day registration during early voting and on Election Day. Early voting runs for two weeks before Election Day.

Registration deadline
Online registration closes the Thursday before Election Day. Same-day registration is available at every early voting site and Election Day polling place.
Early voting
Two weeks of early voting beginning the third Saturday before Election Day through the Friday before.
Absentee / mail-in
Every active registered voter automatically receives a mail ballot. Ballot must be postmarked by Election Day and received within 4 days.
ID requirements
Generally no ID required at the polls (signature comparison). First-time mail registrants may need to show ID.
Election Day hours
Polls open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time. If you are in line at 7:00 PM, you can vote.
